The Role

Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Andrew Charles is hiring a content-first social media and digital marketing manager to own the day-to-day content, run the socials, and help grow the brand across every channel that matters. You'll work out of our NYC studio with a small, supportive team — some remote, some in person — and build the brand's voice alongside the founder.

The Brand

Andrew Charles is a rock-and-roll rodeo — a crossroads of rock, country, and streetwear filtered through NYC attitude. Founded by Andy Hilfiger, the brand is built for people who grew up on rock but live in a hip-hop world — Post Malone, Jelly Roll, YUNGBLUD — artists and fans who refuse categories.

The clothes are meant to stand out. Worn on stage. Worn out at night. Loud, unique, outgoing — with the quality and craftsmanship of a real New York brand.

If the vibe clicks for you immediately, keep reading.

What You'll Do

  • Make the content. Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, product videos, and photo content — in the NYC studio, around the city, with models, with friends, wherever the story calls for. You pick up the camera. You edit the clip. You post it.
  • Run the socials. Instagram, TikTok, and whatever's next. Post daily, engage in the comments, jump on trends while they're still live. Stay chronically online in a way that shows in the work.
  • Support paid creative. Produce the kind of content that performs in ads — hooks that actually hook, thumbnails that stop scrolls. Work with the ads team to test, learn, and iterate on what's converting.
  • Help across marketing. Email campaigns, influencer seeding, collaborations, drop planning, regional storytelling. NYC sells differently than Nashville or LA — you'll think about that.
  • Shape the brand. We're early. You're not inheriting a playbook — you're helping write it. Your ideas matter. Your taste matters. Bring both.

What You'll Need

  • Camera comfort. You can shoot and edit short-form video yourself. CapCut, Canva, Photoshop at minimum — Premiere and the rest of Creative Cloud a plus.
  • Basic paid media fluency. You understand Meta Ads Manager, what makes creative perform, and why audience targeting shapes the content itself.
  • Chronically online. You know what's trending, what's overdone, what audio is about to die, and who's worth collaborating with before they blow up.
  • Fashion instinct. You get how clothes communicate — styling, framing, casting, environment. You can look at a piece and see three ways to shoot it.
  • Customer psychology. You're curious about why someone buys a $148 jean — how lifestyle, setting, and cultural context influence the decision. You think about funnel, targeting, and regional nuance.
  • Self-directed. You can take a concept and run with it. You're organized, you meet deadlines, and you don't need hand-holding to stay productive.
  • NYC-based or ready to be. The studio is in the garment district — that's where the product lives and where most of the work happens.

The Setup

You'll work out of our NYC studio in the garment district — access to the full product line, a showroom, and the space to shoot. Operations, ads, and website work happen remotely across the country. A photographer joins for bigger shoots.

The team is ready to support and help dial in creative direction — you're independent in the studio, but never alone. You'll have direction, support, and fast answers when you need them. Creative freedom that aligns to the brand — we want you thinking outside the box to showcase the lifestyle, environments, and vibe these clothes can be worn in. Once we're aligned on where we're going, you get to execute.

The brand launched in 2025. It's early — which is the opportunity. You're helping build the machine, not just running one that already exists.

Who This Is For

  • Someone who loves making content and wants a brand with real soul to pour it into.
  • Someone excited by the intersection of fashion, music, internet culture, and commerce — and sees how they all connect.
  • Someone hungry. Whether you're a recent grad with a killer portfolio or have a few years of experience looking for real ownership — if you want to build something, come talk.
  • Someone who wants to see their work move the needle on an actual business — and have that feedback loop happen fast.

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
