How to Request Data Deletion
If you have submitted a job application through join.andrewcharles.com and would like your data deleted, you can request deletion by:
Option 1: Email Us
Send an email to privacy@andrewcharles.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used in your application
What We Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- Your application record from our database (Airtable)
- Your uploaded resume file (Uploadcare)
- All personal information associated with your application
Timeline
We will process data deletion requests within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
